Horsley Herald Term 4 week 8
Dear Parents Carers and families of Horsley Park Public School,
I am filled with joy and pride as I reflect on the outstanding celebration we held to mark the 90th anniversary of our beloved school. It was a truly memorable day, and I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to every member of our community for making it such a success!
From the moment we kicked off the festivities, our students truly shone, demonstrating the school expectations of being safe, respectful, and active learners. Their enthusiasm at the vibrant market stalls, participation in the fun activities like jumping castles and the petting farm, and their positive interactions with one another showcased the very best of what our school stands for. The delicious food and refreshments added to the joyous atmosphere, allowing us all to come together in celebration.
I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our students and staff. Your efforts made the day not only enjoyable but also a wonderful reflection of the values we cherish here at Horsley Park Public School. Together, we created an environment where everyone felt included, valued, and excited to be part of our school community.
As we celebrated our rich history of 90 years, I was reminded of the incredible journey we have shared as a school. From our humble beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of the Horsley Park area, our school has always been a place where friendships are formed, talents are nurtured, and everyone is encouraged to shine.
Thank you to each and every one of you for your contributions to this special day. Your support and enthusiasm help make Horsley Park Public School a wonderful place to learn and grow.
Here’s to the next chapter in our journey, and to many more years of excellence in education and community spirit!
Kind Regards
Anica Tanevski
