Horsley Herald Term 4 Week 5
Dear Horsley Park Community,
As we approach the end of the year, I am excited to share some important updates and achievements from our school community.
90 Years of Education Celebration
Mark your calendars for a momentous occasion! On 6th December, we will celebrate 90 Years of Education at Horsley Park Public School. This milestone reflects the dedication and commitment of our teachers, staff, students, and families over nearly a century. We invite all members of our community to join us for a day of festivities, reflection, and fun as we honour our rich history and look forward to the future.
Public Speaking Achievements
I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mikaela and Braxton for their outstanding efforts at the Cowpasture Network Public Speaking Final in Term 4 - Week 2 - Thursday 24 October, which was be held at William Stimson Public School. Their hard work and dedication truly shone through, and they represented Horsley Park Public School with pride. Well done, Mikaela and Braxton! We are incredibly proud of you!
Successful Kinder Orientation Program
I am also pleased to report that our Kinder Orientation Program, Early Endeavours, was a resounding success! It was wonderful to see our future students engage with each other and experience a taste of what awaits them at Horsley Park. We look forward to welcoming our new 2025 Kindergarten students and their families into our school community. Your journey with us is just beginning, and we are excited to support you every step of the way.
